The computer name cannot 
be entered.

• The IP address can be entered only with a USB mouse and USB 

keyboard (alphabetic layout 101/102 keys) connected to the 
projector.
c Connect a USB mouse and USB keyboard (alphabetic layout 

101/102 keys) to the projector.

The program is shut down 
in progress.

• The network connection between the computer and a projector is 

servered.
c Check the network connection. If disconnected, try to connect to 

a network again.

Moving images such as 
animation effects created 
by PowerPoint and 
moving-image files are not 
displayed properly.

c The Remote Desktop feature is not suitable for reproduction of 

moving images, as the update interval of the image reproduction 
on the projector is longer than that on the computer.

The mouse pointer 
displayed on the projector 
is different from that of the 
computer.

c The shape of the mouse pointer projected is unique to the 

projector.

Wallpaper of the projected 
image is displayed in a 
single color.

c It is a feature of Remote Desktop.

Audio is not output.

c Audio from a computer is not reproduced on the projector with 

the Remote Desktop feature.

No picture is displayed.

• The computer and projector are not connected over a network.

c Connect the projector and a computer via a network (page 11).

• The Video streaming on the computer does not start, or it ends.

c Start video streaming with the Windows Media Encoder, 

referring to the on-line help, Windows website, etc.

• You have entered an incorrect URL.

c Enter the correct URL (page 28).

c It may not be playable, depending on the a network environment.

The displayed image is 
deteriorated and noisy.

• The network bandwidth is narrow.

c Consult your network administrator.

• The configuration settings of the computer are not correct.

c Configure the Windows Media Encoder, referring to the on-line 

help, Windows website, etc.

• The computer’s performance is low. 

c Check that the computer supports Windows Media Encoder.

The program is shut down

• The network connection between the computer and a projector is

c Check the network connection. If disconnected, try to connect to

The image is not projected 
in full-screen display.

c The image is displayed in the original resolution of the input
