Test Network Accounting

Open an application and print a job. Verify that you are presented with the User ID and Accounting ID
screen.

If your print job does not print, try to copy a job at the machine using the same Account and User ID. If

Distribute the printer drivers with the Network Accounting option already selected (if possible). If the
printer drivers are distributed without the option enabled, workstation users will need to configure the
drivers. If the drivers are not properly configured, jobs sent to the machine will be deleted.
