Reseller Programs and Benefits
Xerox Channel Alliance
The Xerox Channel Alliance is our reseller umbrel-
la program designed specifically to add value to
the channel with best-in-class printers, supplies
and service offerings, rebates and 
promotions. 
The Channel Alliance encompasses
the following specific reseller 
programs:
•  Peak Program for Value 
Added Resellers who target 
small-medium business 
segment
•  Direct Response Program for 
Direct Response Resellers
•  Corporate Program for Corporate 
National Resellers
•  Federal GSA Program for Xerox GSA Partners
• Public Sector Program for Value Added 
Resellers that target the government and/or
education segments
The Xerox Channel Alliance embraces our
resellers exclusively as valued Channel Partners
and is intended to directly increase your sales of
award-winning Xerox monochrome and color
printers, supplies and service.
Xerox Account Management
Another way we set ourselves apart from the
competition is by assigning every reseller your
own Xerox Account Manager when you become
a Channel Partner. With just one phone call, you
can easily get answers about any of our programs
or products.
Xerox Education Program
The Xerox Education Program is intended to help
resellers target the education segment in an easy,
no hassle way. It is also designed to help educa-
tors place award-winning printers within their 
institutions at a discount to save them money.
Trade-In/Trade-Up Program
The Xerox Trade-In/Trade-Up Program lets your
customers turn their old network monochrome
laser or color printers into rebates!
Market Development Funds (MDF)
MDF is available to Xerox Account Managers to
use with resellers in the Xerox Channel
Alliance to help drive sales via a variety
of ways such as direct-mail 
campaigns, advertising, customer 
seminars, etc. All spending 
activities must be submitted for
approval before the activity can
be completed.
Demo Program
Demo-equipped resellers enjoy 
higher unit sales than those who are
not. And Xerox makes having a demo easy
and affordable with demo rebates on all our 
network printers. In addition to increased sales,
Xerox provides demo-equipped resellers with 
priority listing on the Xerox Web site, and eligibility
to receive sales leads.
Lead Referral
Any registered reseller is eligible to receive
printer leads. However, priority is given to Peak
Resellers. After Peak Resellers, priorities are given
to those resellers who best match the prospect's
product interest.
Special Promotions
Xerox offers numerous one-time or short-term
promotions throughout the year.
