Counterfeiting of Supplies

Counterfeit supplies may cause inferior print quality, lower yields, high failure rates, and potential dam-
age to your customers' printers. The old adage is true, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is".
Your customers should look out for prices way below market standards, handwritten offers, payment
required in cash, or "buy today" - these all are reasons for them to be suspicious. But even these 
indications won't be enough to safeguard against the purchase of counterfeit products. Some well
known sources have been found offering counterfeit products in packaging so good it’s even difficult
for Xerox to identify. 

So, make your customers aware of these inferior counterfeit supplies, and, in turn, keep them coming
back to you.
