Copying PPD from PC
It is necessary to use the CXP6000 Color Server PPD to create PS files to
send to the CXP6000 Color Server. The CXP6000 Color Server PPD
should therefore be copied and distributed to the customer.
To copy the PPD from the CXP6000 Color Server for distribution on a
diskette or by e-mail:
1.
On the Windows desktop, double-click the
Network Neighborhood

icon.
2.
Browse to the location of the CXP6000 Color Server station (for
example, CXP6000).
3.
Select the CXP6000 Color Server and its
Utilities
 folder.
4.
Select the
PPD
 folder.
5.
Copy the
CXP6K3_6.ppd
file to a diskette or send it by e-mail to the
customer.
Note:  This Spire PPD name is for Xerox DocuColor
 6060. For DocuColor
2060/2045 the PPD name is CXP6K3_2
