Clearing Media Jams
Duplex Jam
Duplexing capabilities are optional for your printer. If you have a
duplexing unit installed and a print media jam occurs in the duplex
area, follow these steps:

Open the cabinet door.

Push and turn the right-
hand knob clockwise to
release any jammed print
media.
