7 Job Flow Sheets
This chapter describes the Job Flow Sheets service and the features available on the 
[Job Flow Sheets] screen. 
A job flow sheet can execute a series of programmed operations. To process scanned 
documents using a job flow sheet created on a networked computer, using a utility such 
as Job Flow Sheet Editor, use the [Job Flow Sheets] service on the All Services screen. 
NOTE: To use the Job Flow Sheets service, the Network Scanning Kit must be 
installed on the machine. 
NOTE: To communicate with a networked computer, enable the SOAP port on the 
machine. For instructions on how to enable the SOAP port, refer to the Setups chapter 
in the System Administration Guide.
Using the Job Flow Sheets Service
This section describes how to process a scanned document using a job flow sheet 
created on a networked computer.

Press the <All Services> button 
on the machine.

Select [Job Flow Sheets] on the 
All Services screen.
