Specifying Internet Fax Destinations

Details
Displays the details of a selected destination. Selecting the [E-mail Address In Full]
button on the screen displays the details of the [Internet Fax Recipient].

Lists the e-mail destinations registered in the Address Book.

Keyboard layout pull-down menu
The pull-down menu at the bottom left corner of the screen board allows you to select
a keyboard layout from [qwerty], [azerty], and [qwertz].

The pull-down menu at the left-hand side of the [Space] key allows you to select a

Message
The [Message] button allows you to add an e-mail message for Internet Fax.
Information such as an authorized name and address, the number of scanned pages,
the scanned size, and IP address and serial number of the machine is automatically
added to the comment.
