Paper Jams
Paper Jam Causes
Following are some conditions that can cause paper jams.
Removing the paper tray while a job is printing.
Filling the tray too full.
Not securing the paper stack under the metal corner of 
the paper tray.
Using paper that is too coarse or too smooth.
Using damaged or used paper.
Storing paper incorrectly, so that it curls or contains 
moisture.
