The "Advanced Intelligent Printer Management" was developed with a focus on giving the most 
power and flexibility to the user. All necessary controls and settings are stored centrally in the 
Dispatcher (DISP) application. The user has direct access to all setting parameters he needs. 
 
The Dispatcher is a part of the printer driver and appears in the program group under the XID5xx 
Printer folder or starts automatically when launching a print job. 
  
Up to 7 printers (XID590i model only) can be connected to one PC. 
 
The Dispatcher performs the following main tasks: 
 
1. 

Showing of print job status in real time 

2.  

Pause/Resume control for each printer 

3. 

Showing the Re-Transfer-Film fill status 

4. 

Showing the Color Ribbon fill status 

5. 

Showing the Card Material fill status 

 

 
The Dispatcher is the management center for controlling the operations of the printer and print
