Remove all original documents from the ADF.

Open the ADF cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out. Remove the pick arm assembly to
remove hard

‑to‑reach jammed paper.

Close the ADF cover.

Open the scanner cover, firmly grasp any jammed paper, and then gently pull it out.

Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

Close the scanner cover.

From the printer control panel, touch Continue, jam cleared.
