CDP Interoperability Commands
Default Configuration
ISDP is enabled.

Interface (Ethernet) configuration mode.

Example
The  following example enables isdp on interface 1/g1.
console(config)#interface ethernet 1/g1
console(config-if-1/g1)#isdp enable
isdp holdtime
The isdp holdtime command configures the hold time for ISDP packets that 
the switch transmits. The hold time specifies how long a receiving device 
should store information sent in the ISDP packet before discarding it. The 
range is given in seconds. Use the “no” form of this command to reset the 
holdtime to the default.
Syntax
isdp holdtime 
time
no isdp holdtime
time —The time in seconds (range 10–255 seconds).
Default Configuration
The default holdtime is 180 seconds.
