Purpose 

Used to disable PIM function on the Switch. 

Syntax 

Description 

This command will disable PIM for the Switch. Any previously configured PIM settings will 
remain unchanged and may be enabled at a later time with the enable pim command. 

Parameters 

None. 

Restrictions 

Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
