Assigning SNMP User Security
The SNMPv3 User Security Model (USM) page enables assigning system users to SNMP groups, 
as well as, defining the user authentication method.
To open the SNMPv3 User Security Model (USM) page, click System
→ SNMP → User Security 
Model in the tree view.
