Enter the number of milliseconds as the interval. For IGMP 
version 2, the range is from 100 to 25599. For IGMP version 
3, the range is from 100 to 65535. The default value is 1000 
milliseconds.

ip igmp query-interval seconds
To return to the default values, use the no ip igmp query-interval 
command.
Parameters
seconds
Enter the number of seconds between queries sent out. The 
range is from 1 to 18000. The default is 60 seconds.
