Do not connect the 
USB cable yet.

Select English, then click Install and follow the on-screen instructions.

: Click Run Epsetup.exe when prompted.

Available software may vary depending on your operating system.

Unlock the transportation lock.

Plug the AC adapter 
into an electrical outlet.

Turn on the scanner.

Encienda el escáner.

Make sure Auto Detect is 
selected, then click Preview.

Seleccione Detección 
Automática, luego haga clic 
en Previo.

Select your file settings and click OK.

Seleccione los ajustes del archivo y 
haga clic en Aceptar.

Click Scan.

Haga clic en Escanear.

Remove the first page after it ejects. Then place 
it on top of the rest of your document (up to 40 
pages) and reload it.

Retire la primera hoja cuando se expulse. Luego, 
colóquela encima del resto de su documento (hasta 
40 páginas) y vuelva a cargar la pila de papel.

Slide the edge guides outward.

Deslice las guías laterales hacia afuera.

Load the first page of your original document 
face-up and top edge first. Then slide in the 
edge guides.

Cargue la primera hoja de su documento 
boca arriba y por el extremo superior. Luego, 
deslice las guías laterales hacia adentro.

Press the 

 Start button.

Pulse el botón Iniciar
