Solution
Check the character size of the screenshot by clicking “
Display
” of “
Personalize
”.
If the character size is set to “
Larger scale
”, set it to “
Default scale
”.

Right-click on the desktop.

Click “Personalize”.

Select “
Small-100% (Default scale)
” for the character size
of the screenshot, click the [
Apply
] button, and reboot the
personal computer.
