Answering Questions

If SMART Sync Student was installed in Visible mode, students can send questions to

you and you can respond to each question.

Viewing and Answering Questions

When students ask questions through SMART Sync Student, a Question

symbol

and the number of currently unanswered questions appear in the bottom right corner of

SMART Sync Teacher.

View and answer questions in the Questions view.

1. Click Questions

.

The Questions view appears.

2. Select a question, and then click Answer

.

3. Type your reply in the Message box.
