If your camera does not work properly, please check the following 
items. If the problem still exists please contact your dealer. 

Symptoms 

Cause and solution 

Cause:  Battery is inserted incorrectly or dead, 

No voltage from power supply adaptor 

Camera does not 
switch on. 

Solution: Check the polarity or replace, 

Check power supply adaptor 

Cause:  Battery is dead, power supply adaptor 

switches off 

Camera suddenly 
shuts down 

Solution: Charge battery, Check power supply 

adaptor 

Cause:  The battery is not fully charged or is too 

old 

Short battery life 

Solution: Fully charge or replace battery 
Cause:  Battery is weak or flash mode is off 

No flash 

Solution: Insert fresh battery or switch flash on 
Cause:  The lens is dirty or was moved while the 

picture was taken. 

Pictures are not clear 

Solution: Clean the lens or keep the camera still 

while taking a picture 

Cause:  Card is inserted incorrectly, poor contact 

NO CARD is displayed 
when the SD card is 
inserted 

Solution: Insert the card correctly, clean contacts 

Cause:  Driver is not installed correctly, incorrect 

setting. 

No mass storage and 
PC camera function 

Solution: Install the driver correctly, set the 

respective online mode correctly 

Cause:  Key tones are switched off 

No key tones 

Solution: Activate the key tones 
Cause:  Pictures are protected before being 

deleted. 

Several pictures 
cannot be deleted. 

Solution: Switch off protection function 
Cause:  Insufficient lighting, strong 

electromagnetic interference 

The LCD image has 
spots on it. 

Solution: Improve lighting conditions, use flash, 

avoid interference
