Managing Network Sets
A network set is a collection of IP networks, the associated PEPs, and a default ETKMS. A network set
is treated as a single entity in a policy.
This section includes the following topics:
shows two network sets. Network Set A contains two networks protected by two PEPs and
Network Set B contains one network protected by two PEPs. Network Set A uses ETKMS 1 as its default
Key Management System and Network Set B uses ETKMS 2 as its default Key Management System.
The default Key Management System distributes the keys and policies to the PEPs within a network set.
