Control Hints
The vent feature helps control humidity.
The steam option requires 20 to 30 minutes
to recover prior to each use.
For delicate baked goods, use the PULSE
AIRFLOW option.
When first initiated, the vent stays open for
90 seconds, closes for 115 seconds and
reopens for 5 seconds. After the first venting
is complete, the vent will open for 5 seconds
every 115 seconds throughout the baking
cycle.
