1. Before 

using 

the 

first time, wash beaters in warm, soapy water

.  

Rinse and 

dry thoroughly.  

2.  Move speed control lever to “OFF” position.  

3.  Align notches on beater with slots inside hole on bottom of mixer

.  

Push beater 

into the opening until it clicks into position. Insert other beater in same manner.  

4.  Insert plug into outlet.  

5.  Place beaters in food to be mixed, firmly holding onto mixer handle.  

6.  Move speed control lever to the desired speed.  

7. When 

finished, turn speed control lever to “OFF” and unplug from outlet.   

8.  To eject beaters, grasp stems of beaters and press down firmly on the beater 

ejector button.

Use the chart below to help determine the proper speed control setting for mixing. 

 

 

 

1 

Use to mix dry ingredients and to fold in liquid 
ingredients, egg whites and whipping cream.

 

2 

Use to cream, stir, make sauces, gravies, pudding 
and quick breads.

 

3 

Use for all-purpose mixing, preparing packaged 
cakes and creaming sugar and butter together.

 

4 

Use for smooth batters.

 

5 

Use to whip cream, beat egg whites or mash 
potatoes.

 

 

Care and Cleaning  

: 

Unplug appliance before cleaning. Never place any part of appliance or 

cord in water or other liquids.  

1.  Move speed control lever to “OFF” position.  
2.  Unplug from outlet.  
3.  Grasp stems of beaters and press down on beater ejector button.  
4.  Wash, rinse and dry beaters by hand after each use.  
5.  Wipe body and cord of mixer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh 

detergents or abrasive cleaners.  

6.  Wrap cord around handle for storage.
