BEFORE FIRST USE
1.  Remove all packing materials and literature.
2.  Wash the gravy boat with warm soapy water using 
a sponge or soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
3.  Wipe the warming base with a clean damp cloth. 
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Do 
not immerse the base in water.
HOW TO OPERATE
1.  Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
2. Place 
the 
hot or warm gravy/sauce in the gravy 
boat and press the switch to the “On” position.
3.  The gravy or sauce will maintain a warm serving 
temperature.
HOW TO CLEAN
1.  Make sure the warming base is turned off. Unplug 
the power cord from the wall outlet.
2.  Allow the appliance to cool completely.
3.  Wash the gravy boat with warm soapy water using 
a sponge or soft cloth.
4.  Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5.  Wipe the warming base with a clean damp cloth. 
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. 
Do  not immerse the base in water.
HINTS AND TIPS

Gravy or sauce should be hot/warm when put in 
the gravy boat.

The Electric Gravy Warmer is designed to keep 
the gravy or sauce at a desired temperature. It is 
not intended to heat cold gravy or sauce.

The warming base has a switch to turn the unit on 
and off. Switch to off position when not in use.
n
Use the warming base with the ceramic gravy boat
only. It is not intended for use with plastic carafes 
or casseroles.
n
Power cord can be removed when serving at the 
table. The warming base will remain warm for 
about 30-60 minutes,and it's depends on the 
volume & thickness of  the gravy.
