set-up, functionality and operation.
Advance replacement unit
Should the Telephone Helpdesk be unable to resolve an issue over the phone,
they will arrange for an advance replacement unit to be sent to the customer’s
chosen address – anywhere in mainland EU, Norway & Switzerland.  
PrimeSupport Upgrades
In addition to the standard one-year packages Sony offer a variety of 
support extensions which extend the agreement term to a total of 3 years.
