When the printer driver is installed, specify the optional devices installed on 
your printer to enable use of options relating to those devices.

Click 

[Start]

, select Settings, and click Printers.

Click the 

 

printer icon and select 

Properties from the File menu.

Click the Device Options  tab, click the Options tab, 
and then specify the devices installed on the printer.

Feeder—Select if an optional 500 sheet feeder is installed.

Select if an optional hard disk drive is installed

For each, select from the Available Options list and 
click 

[Add]

 to move the option to the Installed Options 

list.

To remove the option from the Installed Options list, click 

[Remove]

Click 

[Apply]

 and 

[OK]
