Lights up along with the time
indication in the 12-hour system.

Time display
Shows the elapsed time of the track
being recorded or played.

Battery indication
Shows approximate battery condition.
While charging the rechargeable
battery, this indication shows the
charging condition.

Sound indication
Lights up when Digital Sound Preset is
on.

Level meter
Shows the level of the MD being
played or recorded.

SYNC (synchro-recording) indication
Lights up while synchro-recording.

Lights up while recording. Flashes
when standing by for recording.

“DATE” lights up, the current date
and time are displayed.

time of the track, remaining time of the
