Transition to deep standby mode

Read STBCR1

Read DSFR and 
clear the flags of DSFR

Execute the SLEEP instruction

Set the corresponding bit in  
DSSSR as needed

DSESR as needed

Set the realtime clock registers
as needed

Perform read/write to the same
arbitrary address in each 
retention page of the on-chip 
data-retention RAM

Set the STBY and DEEP bits 
 in STBCR1 to 1

Set the RRAMKP bit in PRAMKP  
as needed
Transfer data that needs to be  
retained to the corresponding  
area
