Correct mounting is of essential importance. This product 
is intended solely for floor-mounted installation. The 
enclosed fastenings are intended solely for mounting on 
floors made of solid wood, brick, or concrete. Consult 
your installer and/or specialist supplier if the product is 
to be mounted on other types of floors, such as floors 
made from cavity bricks. The manufacturer is not 
responsible for the use of other than the prescribed 
equipment.

The installer must assess the strength of the structure 
on which the product is to be mounted and the expected 
load to be imposed on the structure. The installer must 
also take due account of the prevailing local legislation 
and regulations, and is responsible for compliance with 
their provisions. If necessary, the installer must make 
use of suitably modified fastenings or strengthen the 
structure. The installer always bears the final 
responsibility for the correct installation of the product, 
assessment of the structure, and fastenings used for the 
installation.

Vogel’s cannot accept any liability for direct, indirect or 
consequential damage caused by incorrect and/or 
inexpert mounting, mounting to insufficiently-strong 
structures, modifications, use other than the prescribed 
use, overloading, failure to observe the instructions for 
use, combinations with other than Vogel’s products, and 
unintended combinations with products other than 
Vogel’s products.

Bij de montage dienen ook de installatie- en
gebruiksvoorschriften van het LCD/plasmascherm
zelf in acht genomen te worden.

Correcte montage is van essentieel belang. 
Dit product is uitsluitend bedoeld voor vloer montage.
Bijgeleverde bevestigingsmaterialen zijn uitsluitend
bestemd voor montage op vloeren van massief hout, 
baksteen of beton. Voor vloeren van andere materialen, 
bijvoorbeeld holle bouwsteen, raadpleeg uw installateur 
en/of vakhandel. Gebruik anders dan voor de 
voorgeschreven apparatuur valt buiten de 
verantwoordelijkheid van de fabrikant.

De installateur dient ter plaatse de sterkte van 
bouwkundige constructie waarop het product wordt 
gemonteerd te beoordelen evenals de te verwachten 
belastingen en ter plaatse geldende wet- en regelgeving 
en is verantwoordelijk voor een juiste naleving hiervan. 
Indien nodig dient de installateur aangepaste 
bevestigings-materialen toe te passen of de constructie 
te versterken. De eindverantwoordelijkheid voor correcte 
montage, beoordeling van de bouwkundige constructie, 
en de te gebruiken bevestigingsmiddelen, ligt altijd bij de 
installateur.

Vogels is nooit verantwoordelijk voor directe, indirecte of
gevolgschade als gevolg van foutieve en/of ondeskundige
montage, montage aan onvoldoende sterke constructies,
modificaties, gebruik anders dan voorgeschreven, 
overbelasting, niet werken volgens de gebruiksaanwij-
zing, combinaties met andere dan Vogel’s producten, 
onbedoelde combinaties van Vogel’s producten.

de la construction sur laquelle le support doit être 
monté. Il doit également évaluer les charges prévues et 
est responsable du respect de la législation et de la 
réglementation locale en vigueur. Si cela s'avère 
nécessaire, l'installateur doit faire usage de matériaux de 

fixation adaptés ou consolider la construction. 
La responsabilité finale de l'adéquation du montage,
l'évaluation de la construction et des moyens de fixation
à utiliser incombe à l'installateur.

Vogel’s décline toute responsabilité en cas de 
dommages/pertes directs ou indirects résultant d'un 
montage incorrect et/ou mal réalisé, d'un montage sur 
des constructions d’une résistance insuffisante,
de modifications, d'une utilisation à des fins autres que 
celles prescrites, d'une surcharge, d'une utilisation non 
conforme au mode d'emploi, de combinaisons avec des 
produits non fabriqués par Vogel’s ou de combinaisons 
non prévues de produits Vogel’s.

Es ist wichtig, die Montage korrekt durchzuführen. 
Dieses Produkt ist ausschließlich zur Bodenmontage 
vorgesehen. Die mitgelieferten Befestigungsmaterialien 
sind ausschließlich für die Anbringung auf Böden aus 
Massivholz, Backstein oder Beton gedacht. Ziehen Sie bei 
anderen Bodenmaterialien (z. B. Hohlbaustein) Ihren 
Installateur oder einen anderen Fachmann zu Rate.
Bei unsachgemäßem und nicht den Vorschriften 
entsprechendem Gebrauch übernimmt der Hersteller 
keinerlei Haftung.

Der Installateur muss vor Ort die Belastbarkeit der 
baulichen Konstruktion, an der das Produkt montiert 
wird, sowie die zu erwartenden Belastungen beurteilen. 
Er ist weiterhin für die Einhaltung der vor Ort geltenden 
Gesetze und Vorschriften verantwortlich. Bei Bedarf muss 
der Installateur angepasste Befestigungsmaterialien 
verwenden oder die Konstruktion verstärken. 
Die Endverantwortlichkeit für die ordnungsgemäße 
Montage, die Beurteilung der baulichen Konstruktion und 
der zu verwendenden Befestigungsmittel liegt in jedem 
Fall beim Installateur.

Vogel‘s ist in keinem Fall verantwortlich für unmittelbare 
oder mittelbare Schäden bzw. Folgeschäden, die infolge 
einer fehlerhaften und/oder unsachgemäßen Montage, 
einer Montage an Konstruktionen mit unzureichender 
Belastbarkeit, infolge von Modifikationen, 
vorschriftswidriger Verwendung, Überlastung, 
Nichtbeachtung der Betriebsanleitung, Kombinationen 
mit nicht von Vogel's stammenden Produkten oder 
bestimmungswidrigen Kombinationen der Produkte von 
Vogel's auftreten.

El montaje correcto de un producto tiene una importancia 
primordial. Este producto se ha diseñado únicamente 
para montaje en el suelo. Los materiales de fijación 
suministrados se han diseñado exclusivamente para 
montaje en suelos de madera maciza, ladrillo u 
hormigón. Para suelos de otros materiales, como ladrillo 
hueco, consulte a su instalador o en un comercio 
especializado. El uso de materiales diferentes a los 
prescritos para el aparato exime de toda responsabilidad 
al fabricante.

El instalador tiene que evaluar in situ la resistencia de la 
estructura arquitectónica en la que se va a montar el 
producto, así como las cargas que cabe esperar y las 
normativas y la legislación vigentes en la localidad, de 
cuyo cumplimiento es responsable. Si es necesario, el 
instalador debe utilizar los materiales de fijación 
adecuados o reforzar la estructura. La responsabilidad 
final de la corrección en el montaje, la evaluación de la 
estructura arquitectónica y los materiales de fijación a 
utilizar es siempre del instalador.

Vogel’s no es responsable en ningún caso de los daños 
directos, indirectos o derivados del montaje incorrecto o 
inexperto, el montaje en estructuras no suficientemente 
resistentes, las modificaciones, el uso de cargas 
distintas a las prescritas, la operación no acorde con las 
instrucciones de uso, las combinaciones con productos 
ajenos a Vogel’s ni las combinaciones de productos de 
Vogel’s no aconsejadas.

per l’uso e l’installazione dello schermo LCD/Plasma.

Un montaggio corretto è di fondamentale importanza. 
Questo prodotto è stato concepito esclusivamente per il 
montaggio al pavimento. I materiali di fissaggio inclusi 
nella confezione sono destinati esclusivamente al 
montaggio su pavimenti di legno massiccio, mattoni pieni 
o cemento. Per pavimenti di altri materiali, come ad 
esempio di mattoni forati, vi preghiamo di consultare il 
vostro installatore e/o rivenditore specializzato.
Il fabbricante non si assume alcuna responsabilità per
un impiego diverso da quello prescritto.

L’installatore deve verificare sul posto la solidità della
struttura dove andrà montato il prodotto, la relativa 
portata, eventuali normative e direttive previste dalla 
legge ed è responsabile della loro osservanza. 
Se necessario, l’installatore deve utilizzare i materiali di 
fissaggio che ritiene più adatti oppure rinforzare la 
struttura. La responsabilità finale per un montaggio 
corretto, la verifica della struttura e i materiali di 
fissaggio da utilizzare, è sempre dell’installatore.

Vogels declina ogni responsabilità per danni diretti, 
indiretti o conseguenti ad un’installazione errata e/o 
eseguita da persone inesperte, al montaggio su strutture 
non sufficientemente solide, a modifiche, ad un impiego 
diverso da quanto indicato, a sovraccarichi, ad un utilizzo 
non previsto dalle istruzioni per l’uso, all’abbinamento 
con prodotti non di marca Vogels, ad abbinamenti con 
prodotti Vogels non idonei.

responsabilidade do fabricante.

Antes da montagem, o instalador deve verificar a 
resistência da construção sobre a qual o produto será 
montado, bem como a carga prevista e a lei e 
regulamentos locais vigentes, e ser responsável pelo seu 
cumprimento correcto. Se necessário, o instalador deve 
aplicar materiais de fixação apropriados ou reforçar a 
construção. A responsabilidade final pela montagem 
correcta, avaliação da construção e dos materiais de 
fixação a serem utilizados é sempre do instalador. 

A Vogel’s nunca será responsável por danos, directos ou 
indirectos, como resultado da montagem incorrecta e/ou 
incompetente, montagem sobre construções 
insuficientemente fortes, modificações, uso diferente 
ao indicado, sobrecarga, não executar os trabalhos de 
montagem segundo as instruções de utilização, 
combinação de outros produtos diferentes dos da Vogel’s, 
combinações inadequadas de produtos da Vogel’s.

användarföreskrifter vid montering.

Korrekt montering är av största vikt. 
Denna produkt är endast avsedd för golvmontering.
Bifogade monteringsmaterial är endast avsedda för 
montering på golv av massivt trä, tegelsten eller betong. 
För golv av andra material, till exempel ihålig byggsten, 
rådgör med behörig installatör och/eller fackhandlare.
Tillverkaren ansvarar inte för andra än de föreskrivna
monteringsmetoderna av utrustningen.

Installatören ska bedöma och ansvara för hållbarhet och 
konstruktion för monteringsplatsen för produkten samt 
utföra detta i enlighet med de på platsen gällande regler 
och lagstiftning. Om nödvändigt ska konstruktionen 
förstärkas med lämpliga material. Det är installatören 
som ansvarar för korrekt montering, bedömning av
byggnadskonstruktion monteringsanordning.

Vogels kan inte på något sätt ansvara för direkt eller 
indirekt skada till följd av fel och/eller dålig montering, 
montering på för svaga material, modifikationer, fel 

användning, överbelastning, försummelse att följa 
instruktionerna, kombinationer med produkter från andra 
tillverkare eller fel kombination av produkter från Vogels.

wyłącznie do montażu podłogowego.

Załączone materiały mocujące są 

przeznaczone do wyłącznego 

zamontowania na podłodze z masywnego 

drewna, cegły lub betonu. W razie montażu 

na podłogach wykonanych z innych 

materiałów, na przykład z pustaków, należy 

skonsultować się z instalatorem oraz/lub z 

fachowcem handlowym. Zastosowanie do 

innych celów niż do podanej aparatury

nie podlega odpowiedzialności producenta.

Instalator powinien na miejscu ocenić moc 

nośną konstrukcji budowlanej, na której 

produkt będzie montowany jak również 

oszacować przewidywane obciążenie oraz 

na miejscu obowiązujące ustalenia prawne, 

jak również jest odpowiedzialny za ich 

przestrzeganie. Jeśli okaże się to konieczne, 

instalator powinien zastosować 

dostosowane materiały mocujące lub 

wzmocnić konstrukcję. Odpowiedzialność

za poprawny montaż, ocenę konstrukcji 

budowlanej oraz zastosowanych materiałów 

mocujących leży zawsze po stronie 

instalatora.

Vogelʼs nigdy nie ponosi odpowiedzialności 

za bezpośrednie lub pośrednie straty lub

za straty będące wynikiem błędnego 

oraz/lub niefachowego montażu, montażu 

na konstrukcji o niewystarczającej sile 

nośnej. modyfikacji, zastosowania w sposób 

odbiegający od podanego, przeciążenia,

postępowania wbrew ustaleniom podanego 

sposobu użycia, połączenia z innymi 

produktami niż produktami pochodzącymi 

od Vogelʼs, nieumyślnego połączenia 

poszczególnych produktów Vogelʼs.

прочность несущих

конструкций, на которых будет 

смонтирован кронштейн, наряду с 

предполагаемой нагрузкой. Он также 

будет нести ответственность за 

соблюдение местных правовых актов и 

постановлений. 

При необходимости установщик должен 

применять более подходящий крепежный 

материал или же укрепить конструкцию. 

Окончательная ответственность за 

правильность монтажа, оценку несущей 

конструкции и используемых крепежных 

материалов в любом случае лежит на 

установщике.

Vogelʼs ни в коем случае не несет 

ответственности за прямой или косвенный 

ущерб или последствия, вызванные 

неправильным монтажом и/или монтажом, 

проведеденным некомпетентными лицами,

монтажом на недостаточно прочных 

несущих конструкциях, вследствие 

внесения изменений, использования не по 

назначению, избыточной нагрузки,

несоблюдения инструкций по 

эксплуатации, сочетания с иной, чем 

продукция марки Vogelʼs или 

непредусмотренных сочетаний продукции 

марки Vogelʼs.
