Move the steering controls outward to the

locked (outer) neutral position.

Set the throttle

Turn to the start position

Move the throttle to the middle position. If the

engine is cold, the throttle control should be

pushed forward to its choke position. For units

with a separate choke control, pull the choke

control knob up.

Press in and turn the ignition key to the start

position.
