This display lists basic configuration and line status for all serial ports on a specified 
LP, as well as signal states (on/off) at the physical interfaces.

Press 

 at the Status Displays Menu and, when prompted, enter an LP number:

The display will show the first four ports, and pressing 

 will display the other 

four ports.

is self-explanatory.

is the type of connector on the port. On an FRX6000, this is the con-
nector on the  I/O  cable exiting the  port's  I/O  box connector toward  the 
subscriber device. (This information is taken from the Port record.)

is the port type (

, 

, 

, etc.) as configured in the Port record. 

If no record has been created for this port,

 is displayed on 

this line and the one below it.

is the logical interface, 

 or 

 , as taken from the Port record. If 

no record has been created for this  port, 

 is displayed on this 

line and the one above it.

is the speed configured in the Port record.

 (level 2 is down)

 (level  2 is up;  level 3  is  down)

 (level 3 is restarting)

 (port is not configured)

 (level 3 is up)
