ONE/ONE+ is a Linux based system providing you with a very stable software environment. Even 
so, the system can become corrupted. Therefore, we provide a quick and easy way to recover 
the whole system. 
 
Please note: Reloading your system will erase any data on your ONE/ONE+ 
 
Please follow these steps: 
 
 
1. Recovery preparation 
 Plug  in  the  USB  recovery 
drive  where  the  recovery 
image is stored. Then press 
the power button and hold 
the  ONE  key  while  system 
boots  up.  This  will  start  up 
the recovery system: 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
2. Recovery  
Choose 

‘Boot 

Recovery  Disk’  to  start  the 
recovery  or  ‘Boot  From 
Main  Disk’  to  start  the 
system  normally.  Then  click 
“Start” 

to 

reload 

the 

software  or  click  Cancel  to 
stop the reload.
