More about the foot controller
You can use the separately IFC2(sold separately) as a controller for the
MIMX. If you connect the IFC2, you'll be able to use the

 PEDAL FX
section, and use the foot switches to switch channels.
Operations
a
Pedal: Controls the pedal effect that's selected on the amp.

Up switch: Switches to the next higher memory than the currently
selected memory. (Does not operate in manual mode.)

Down switch: Switches to the next lower memory than the currently
selected memory. (Does not operate in manual mode.)

 simultaneously to activate the tuner.

Foot switch jack: Connect this to the amp in order to use the foot
switches.

Pedal effect jack: Connect this to the amp in order to use the pedal
effect. A circuit inside the IFC2 allows the MIMX to recognize that
the pedal is connected.

Mode switch: This switch determines how the pedal will operate.
Set this as appropriate for your playing style.
A
The effect will remain on even when the pedal is in the minimum
position (fully returned toward yourself).
B
The effect will turn off when the pedal is in the minimum position
(fully returned toward yourself).
