ifIndex—The interface index.

ddmTxBiasCurrent—The current Transmit Bias Current of the SFP/XFP in 10s of milli-Amperes (mA).

This trap is sent when an SFP/
XFP/SFP+ Tx output power has 
crossed any threshold or reverted 
from previous threshold violation 
for a port represented by ifIndex. 
It also provides the current real-
time value of SFP/XFP/SFP+ Tx 
output power.
