Zoom In/Out
ZOOM Button
When playing a video disc, the RDV-1080 can
zoom in to enlarge a section of the picture up
to 1024 times its original size or zoom out to
reduce a picture to 1/8 of its original size.
The zoom feature is available for full-motion
video during playback or for still-frame pic-
tures while the unit is paused.
To zoom in or out, use the ZOOM buttons
on the remote. Each press of the ZOOM +
button doubles the size of the picture. Each
press of the ZOOM – button halves the size
of the picture.
An icon at the top left of the screen shows the
current magnification. A rectangular box rep-
resents the portion of the original image cur-
rently being displayed.
To move the zoomed-in position, use
the CURSOR
 buttons. The zoomed
image will move on the screen as indicated
by the box in the graphic display.
To return to normal size, press ENTER.
