Click Windows Explorer.
Windows opens Explorer.

In the left part of the screen, under the C: icon, double-click
the folder containing the program, in this case Program Files.

Click Accessories.

Double-click Wordpad.

Starting a program from Run menu on the taskbar
You can start a program from the taskbar if you know its name and
location.

To start a program using the taskbar:

Click Start on the taskbar.

Point to Run.

In the dialog box, type the command line. For example, to
access Paintbrush, type
access Paintbrush, type
C:\Windows\pbrush.exe

Click OK.
Paintbrush opens.
