This topic describes how to find the product serial number for the P1000 

library.

You can find the serial number (925AA11984) on the center of the system, 

at the rear

Unless users have upgraded to the Prism/FC210 card, this 

library configuration has no remote identification options. For

It is possible that the serial number displayed on the Prism 

Management Card and the physical library may not 

match. Take the time to make sure they do match, using 

the physical library value as the accurate number.
