Pressing the 

[MUTE] button turns off the telephones microphone so that the other party 

cannot hear you, but you can hear them. Pressing the 

[MUTE] button again restores 

connection to the microphone so the other party can again hear you. The LCD will display 

“MUTE” while the function is active.

You can store 70 numbers and names in the phone book, refer to the “FUNCTION 

OPERATIONS”, under the “PHONEBOOK” in the Owner’s Manual for details.
