Out% is a 5-second average bandwidth utilization
ISDN/2 and 3 refer to the two B-channels
ISDN/2 indicates a data call (protocol=HDLC/PPP) connected to remote router HQ
ISDN/3 is a voice call.  For a voice call, the states are those described in the pots list command
(dialing, ringing, etc.) and the connection indicates the direction and phone number dialed or received.

Lists the IP interface.
