Microphone

Why doesn't my microphone work?

If you are using an external microphone, make sure the microphone is turned on and is properly plugged into the 
Microphone jack on the computer.

The Mute button may have been pressed. Check to see if the Mute

 indicator light is on. If it is, press the Mute button 

to turn on the volume.
