Using the PN-820 you can connect to the Internet to send and receive 
emails.

 In the Home screen, press [Start] Messaging.

 Select the Internet e-mail account for which you 

want to send and receive messages.

 Press [Menu] Send/Receive. The phone 

connects to your Internet e-mail server and 
sends and receives your messages.

Inserting a voice recording is useful when you want to verbally explain 
information that is contained in the message. 

 In the message area of an e-mail message, 

Press [Menu] Insert Voice Note.

 Press Record and [Start] speaking into the 

phone’s microphone.

 When finished speaking, press Stop.

 Press [Done].

 Press [Send].
