There is an option in the Call History for finding contacts from your 
contact list. The autofill feature will help.

 From the Home screen, press the left soft key < 

[Start].

 Select Call History and press O [OK].

 Press [Menu], then select Find Contact from the 

popup menu.

To make an international call you must include a country code at the 
beginning of the dialing sequence for the phone number. 

 Enter the country code, press and hold 0 until a 

plus (+) sign appears, and then enter the rest of 
the phone number.
