Getting Started
Some batteries perform best after several full charge/discharge cycles. The time needed to
fully charge the battery is less than 4 hours. You can charge the battery by:
• Connecting your XV6700 to the AC adapter.
• Plugging the device sync cable into the USB port on your PC.
• Inserting the battery itself into the battery port on the cradle and plugging the cradle into
• Connecting your XV6700 to the AC adapter.
• Plugging the device sync cable into the USB port on your PC.
• Inserting the battery itself into the battery port on the cradle and plugging the cradle into
the AC Adapter.
• Connecting your XV6700 to the USB cradle, which is connected to the AC Adapter.
Low battery
When the low-battery warning appears,
do the following:
1.
Immediately save your current data.
2.
Synchronize with your PC.
3.
Turn off your XV6700.
To check the battery power
• Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Power; or
• Tap the Battery icon ( ) on the Today screen.
• Tap the Battery icon ( ) on the Today screen.
Use only the chargers and cables provided in-box or other authorized accessories
to charge your device. Only these accessories will show ( ) when plugged in.
Although other mini USB chargers may appear compatible, they will not charge
and may cause damage to your XV6700.
