Using the LabelWriter Printer Driver to Print from Microsoft Word and Access

Using the
LabelWriter
Printer
Driver to
Print from
Microsoft
Word and
Access
There are times when you may want to print labels directly
from another program to your LabelWriter, without using
DYMO Label Software or the LabelWriter add-ins. One
example could be if you maintain address lists within
Microsoft Word or Access and want to print them all out
on labels without moving the list over to the DYMO Label
Software.
Printing labels directly from applications like these is quite
easy because the LabelWriter printers come with standard
Windows printer drivers that work with virtually any
Windows application.
Detailed instructions on printing from Microsoft Word and
Access can be found in the on-line help file. Even if you
are using a different application program than Word or
Access, reading the instructions in the Help file will help
you understand how to use the LabelWriter printer driver
and your favorite program.
Using
AddressFixer
With DYMO’s AddressFixer, you can check the recipient’s
address against a database of US addresses, correct any
mistakes, and automatically add the complete nine-digit
ZIP+4 code. AddressFixer corrects a single address at a
time, so you can use it only when printing a label for the
current contact. AddressFixer cannot check addresses
when you print labels for multiple contacts.

AddressFixer is a separate utility. Please visit
www.dymo.com for more information.
