The message “Wrong format system of memory” shows on the Micro display.

Wrong format system is detected; press the DELETE button on the camcorder to start
internal formatting. Your camcorder will switch off after the format is finished.

My computer running on Windows ME crashes when the Key camcorder was unplugged

from the computer during file transfer.

Please always make sure that the transfer of files is completed before unplugging your
Key Camcorder from the computer. This can be done by clicking the “Unplug or Eject

Hardware” removal icon on the task tray, follow the screen instructions. When you reach

the Safe to Remove Hardware dialogue box, click OK and then remove your camcorder.
