Do not expose to temperatures over 
50 °C or below 0 °C. 
 
Setting the time
 
Stop the second hand at 12 o’clock 
by pulling out the crown all the way 
to position «2». Set the desired time. 
At the time signal (e.g. radio, tv) push 
back the crown (position «0»). The 
watch will run.
 
Setting the date
 
Carefully pull out the crown to position 
«1» (watch keeps running). Turn the 
crown clockwise to the correct date. 
Then push back the crown (position 
«0»).
 
Setting a second time
 
Carefully pull out the crown to position 
«1» (watch keeps running). Turn the 
crown counter-clockwise until the blue 
hand points at the desired second time 
(e.g. another time zone) on the blue 
24 hour dial. Then push back the 
crown (position «0»). 
 
Water resistant 3 ATM            
Saving energy
 
When not used for a longer period of 
time, pull out the crown. The watch will 
stop and you save 70% of the energy. 
 
Battery change
 
The battery should be changed by a 
watch expert only. A new battery will 
last approx. 3 years.

D 371, 1.55 V, 9.5 x 2.06 mm
Do not dispose of empty 
batteries in the household 
waste. Take them to special 
local collection sites.
