USTOMIZING

Changing System

Settings

System settings you can

conﬁgure to suit your training

preferences include general Edge

setup, display, map, units, time,

and accessories.

To change general setup:

1. Press

mode to access the

Main Menu.

2. Select

Settings > System >

General. From this page, you

can change the

GPS mode,

Text Language, Tones, and

Page Mode Options.

About Edge

From the General Setup page,

select

About Edge to to view

your software version, GPS

version, and unit ID.

To use the Edge indoors:

1. Press

mode to access the

Main Menu.

2. Select

Settings > System >

General > GPS.

3. Select

GPS Off.

NOTE: When GPS is off, speed

and distance data are not available,

unless you are using the Edge 305

with the GSC10. The next time you

turn on the Edge, it will search for

satellite signals again.
