Charging the Battery
First time usage
Charge the built-in rechargeable battery at least 
1 hour
before using the Smartparts Digital Picture Viewer the 
first time.
The built-in battery may discharge completely after long
period without use. Recharge the battery before use.
When the battery is in need of charge, the LCD screen
will power off.  Use the included USB cable to charge the 
battery.  Connect the USB cable to the Smartparts Digital
Picture Viewer, then to your PC.  Select “
USB Charge” 
option and press the 
Menu button to start charging.
An animation of the battery indicator will display on the 
LCD screen.  The battery indicator will disapear after
battery is fully charged.
Warning: Any strong magnetic field may cause your 
device to crash while in use. Simply remove the device 
away from the magnetic field.  Locate a tiny hole (reset
button) on the back of the device and gently poke it with
a pointy object to reset the device.This will restore the
device to factory default.

        Selection:  to edit the size of selected image as it appears
        on the display
CAUTION!  Do NOT disconnect the USB connection cable or 
remove the device while transferring pictures from the PC. 
Delete:  to delete the highlighted image
Select File:  to add a new image to the device
Clear All:  to clear the entire image list
Batch:  to upload multiple images with just a click
Clear:  to clear the edit of selected image
Save:  to save the highlighted image current stored in the
Digital Picture Viewer to PC in 
96x64 pixels
Rotate Left:  click to rotate an image to left
Rotate Right:  click to rotate an image to right
Delete:  to delete the highlighted image from device
Sync:  to renew all images to device
-->:  to put the selected image into the Device area

1.  Connect the Smartparts Digital Picture Viewer to your 
     PC using the included USB cable.
2.  Once the Digital Picture Viewer is connected, select
     “USB Charge” or “USB Download” mode from the 
     Digital Picutre Viewer using the Next or Previous
     buttons and press POWER button to confirm your
     selection.
     Select “USB Charge” mode to charge the inbuilt
     rechargeable battery. 
 
     A window will appear on your computer monitor asking
     you to select an application you wish to run.
     
3.  Select Smartparts Eyeball Logo to launch the
     Smartparts Desktop Tool.  Or select “My Computer”, 
     and double click the Smartparts SP11P icon.
4.  With the software open, the images currently stored 
     on your Digital Picture Viewer will appear in the 
     Smartparts Desktop Tool.  If your digital picture viewer
     is empty then no image will appear.
5.  Click “Select Files” under File List area from
     Smartparts Desktop Tool to add a new image into the
     Digital Picture Viewer and then locate the image from
     your computer. NOTE: images must be .jpg, .bmp and
     .gif formats.
6.  Click “Selection” icon in Image Editor area and then
     clik --> button to move selected image to device.
7.  After selecting all the images you want to add to the
     Digital Picture Viewer, click “Sync” button in Device
     area to finish saving.
8.  Unplug the USB cable and you are ready to share 
     your photos with family or friends.
Image Settings:
Power On/Off:  Press & hold the Power button for 2 
seconds.  If there are any images saved in the digital 
picture viewer they will be displayed on the LCD screen 
when powered on.
View Images:  Press the Previous or Next buttons to view
a different image.
Settings:  The Power buton also acts as the Menu
button.  The following commands are available:
CLOCK:  Press Power button once, the time will adjust
according to your computer clock.
Year, Date & Time Setting:  in Clock setting, press & hold 
the Power
 button for 2 seconds to reset the Year/ Date/ Time.
Use Power
 button to select the Year/ Date/ Time line, use 
Previous or Next buttons to select the correct Year/ Date/ 
Time and press Power
 button to exit this function.
SETUP MENU:  Press Power button twice and use Previous
or 
Next buttons to make selections.
Slideshow (On/Off):  in the Photo Frame setting mode,  
press & hold the Power
 button for 2 seconds to choose an
an 
Auto or Manual slideshow.
Selecting 
Auto Scroll to generate an automatic slideshow.  
Selecting 
Manual Scroll allows you to manually select the 
images by using 
Up / Down buttons.
Press Power button to exit.
Warning:  To reduce the risk of fire or shock hazard, do not
expose this product to rain or moisture.  Keep your digital
picture viewer out of direct sunlight and heat sources.
