► Save Changes and Exit
Exit system setup after saving the changes. Once you are finished making your selections, 
choose ths opton from the Ext menu to ensure the values you selected are saved to the 
CMOS RAM. The CMOS RAM s sustaned by an onboard backup battery and stays on even 
when the PC is turned off. When you select this option, a confirmation window appears. 
Select [OK] to save changes and ext.
► Discard Changes and Exit
Ext system setup wthout savng any changes. Select ths opton only f you do not want to 
save the changes that you made to the Setup program. If you made changes to fields other 
than system date, system time, and password, the BIOS asks for a confirmation before exit-
ng.
►Discard Changes
Dscards changes done so far to any of the setup values. Ths opton allows you to dscard 
the selectons you made and restore the prevously saved values. After selectng ths opton, 
a confirmation appears. Select [Yes] to discard any changes and load the previously saved 
values.
►Load Optimal Defaults
The default value are the best settngs of ths motherboard. Always load the default value 
after updatng the BIOS or after clearng the CMOS values. Select ths opton and press 
Enter, t wll pop out a dalogue box to let you load the defaults. Select <OK> and then press 
<Enter> to load the defaults. Select <Cancel> and press <Enter>, t wll not load.
