To control the BJ-20, you can also use the printer control codes from 
your programs. This section describes some of the more important 
codes. See Appendix A: Printer Control Codes Summary for a complete 
listing.

Select or cancel character pitch at 17 character per inch (cpi).

The IBM Proprinter X24e emulation uses the Prestige 12 font and the 
Canon BJ-130e emulation uses the Courier 10 font.
