Replacing a Toner Cartridge

Place the toner cartridge on a flat, stable surface.

Grip the end of the tab and snap it in the direction shown q. Make sure that the tab

While grasping the cartridge with one hand as shown, firmly and slowly pull the tab
with the other hand to remove the 533 mm (21 in.) length strip of sealing tape. Throw
the tape away. To avoid breaking the tape, do not pull the tape out at an upwards or
downwards angle.

CAUTION
If you get loose toner powder on your hands or clothing, wash it off with
cold water.
